Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 1 day of delivery, and we’ll be happy to evaluate the issue and make it right.

All Furrmate items are final sale. Due to the sentimental and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
